Wake-up Workout began a month after the COVID lockdowns. As we brought classes online for those not wanting to meet in person we also added a morning workout which connected many schools around the nation together.
Wake-up Workout is a daily morning workout consisting of 10 minutes of warmups, 10 minutes of Basics and 10 minutes of Forms with a short warm-down.
Currently we are meeting from 6:15am eastern until 6:45am.
